Controller and contact
Pah Venture S.A.S., based in Barranquilla, Colombia, is responsible for personal data received through this website. For questions, corrections, deletion requests or withdrawal of authorization, email hola@pahventure.com.
Data we use
The website remembers your language, motion and permission choices. If you allow chat and send a message, its contents and user and session identifiers are sent to PahVenture’s service. Do not include health information, passwords or other sensitive data.
A provider handling a request may receive technical details such as IP address, browser and time. This website’s code does not activate advertising analytics or load third-party fonts.
Purposes and providers
We use data to answer requests, maintain the assistant conversation, handle your rights and protect the services. Chat connects to chat-api.pahventure.com. Infrastructure and processing providers may handle data needed to answer; the original website identifies Cloudflare as an infrastructure and AI provider. We do not sell personal data.
Email providers also handle messages you send by email. Some providers may process information outside Colombia.
Your choice
Chat is optional. Allowing it sends no message: you must select Send. You can withdraw permission in Privacy and permissions. This stops new requests and deletes chat identifiers in this tab; it does not delete messages already received by the server.
Rights and retention
You may access, update, correct and request deletion of your data, or withdraw authorization where applicable. Send questions or complaints to the contact above. You may contact Colombia’s Superintendence of Industry and Commerce where appropriate. Processing is subject to Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations.
Data is kept while needed for its collection purpose or applicable obligations. Contact the controller about messages already sent. Browser storage periods are listed in the cookie policy.
Security and changes
We apply technical and organizational safeguards. No system removes every risk. Changes to this policy will be published here.
